Carmarthen MP Simon Hart is keeping up the pressure on Glangwili bosses over promises to look into Park and Ride facilities to the hospital.
Mr Hart has had numerous Glangwili patients get in touch with him to complain about the difficulty in finding a parking space at the hospital.
He wrote to General Manager Keith Jones with the suggestion in January and after a three and a half month wait and 12 telephone calls asking for a reply, one was finally received in May.
"I am pleased to confirm that we are considering additional options including a Park & Ride type scheme."
But so far nothing has materialised.
Mr Hart has now written again to Mr Jones asking for information on how plans are progressing.
"We are hearing of nurses having to turn up for their shifts 45 minutes early in the hope of finding a parking space which is beyond a joke," said Mr Hart.
"I hope that it doesn't take another 14 weeks and 12 phone calls to get a response from Mr Jones to this urgent problem."
