Industry experts, Government advisers, the Welsh Secretary of State and local milk producers will all be attending a special summit set up by Simon Hart MP to discuss the dairy crisis.
The meeting is taking place at Hotel Plas Hyfryd in Narberth on Thursday December 11 at 8pm.
"I am delighted that such a well-informed and influential panel has agreed to take part in these informal discussions," said Mr Hart.
As well as Secretary of State for Wales Stephen Crabb MP, the meeting will also be attended by Andy Richardson, the chairman of the review into the Welsh Dairy Industry set up by the Welsh Assembly.
Former farmer Neil Parish who is now MP for Tiverton and Honiton and chairman of the Dairy All Party Parliamentary Group and representatives from FirstMilk and farming unions will also attend.
"Pembrokeshire is one of the UKs biggest dairy producing areas so this crisis is hitting us particularly hard," said Mr Hart.
"This meeting will be a chance to hear what the experts have to say and to make your voice heard."
